Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy (GCOM)

Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy (GCOM) is an alliance of cities and local governments with a shared long-term vision of promoting voluntary action to combat climate change and move to a low emission resilient society. It represents over 9,000 cities which comprise about 10 per cent of the world population.
