Programme for 21-23 May

As a milestone on the way to the United Nations Climate Summit, ICCA2019 was a key moment in preparation for the New York Climate Summit in fall 2019. ICCA2019 is also a stand-alone event dedicated to necessary vertical dialogue and cooperation among all levels of government. The ambitious programme highlights necessary levers for climate adaptation and protection from the perspective of the sectors, and focusses on financing and governance with a significance for the local level. ICCA2019 is accompanied by a comprehensive supporting programme including Climate Neighbourhoods, side events and the award of prizes for international examples of good practice.
