Maria Adelaida “Laids” Mias-Cea

Laids Mias-Cea is the Regional Coordinator of UN-Habitat’s Cities and Climate Change Initiative (CCCI) Asia Pacific. She has worked on urban development issues over the last fifteen years specialising in capacity development in the areas of disaster risk management, climate change adaptation and settlement planning. Laids Mias-Cea is part of the IKI V-LED project consortium, strengthening “vertical integration and learning for low-emission development” in the Philippines and Vietnam.
